Comments | This day came in like a lamb and out like a lion! Got on the mountain around 11 and it was sunny and warm, almost ditch your coat warm. The Quad had just opened and after that and the races ended, everything was ski on. Still the usual thin patches on the all natural double diamonds, but everything was skiing real nice all over and most snowpack is nice and deep. Clouds rolled in after 1, followed by high wind which briefly threatened to shut the lifts down, and by 2 it was snowing fairly steadily. Conditions definetly firmed up after the temps dropped but nothing turned to ice thankfully.
Ok, gotta INDY rant. I have no problem with making a reservation ahead of time, but in the past if you made a reservation and heaven forbid you didn't make it, you wouldnt loose the day. Now the Indy redemption happens seconds after you make your reservation. Also I still do not know what the Enabenzi kiosks really do. Does anyone know? Please message me! And while we're on INDY, anyone have any issues with the whole pre-sale auto renew?? I signed up for this on Friday to get the "preferential" lower pricing, and nothing ever came up in the e-store for me to be able to purchase, now today the base pass is $70 more...of course, no customer service email or phone option. |
