Comments | Alas, the 61-year-old gearbox in the Hornet chair, reused during the 1980s rebuild, has finally worn out. While it is sent away for rebuilding, we must content ourselves with the terrain accessed by Eclipse, the TowPro, and the Platterpull. Hopefully the maintenance crew can get it up and running for one last hurrah this spring. The snow will likely still be there by then. |
