Glades | You could do the Hot Wheels Glade at night if you really wanted to I guess (not roped and decent light from surrounding trails) - but I wouldn't think that's a particularly good idea. |

Comments | I had this opportunity and I took it... I've never been to Jiminy for skiing before, and it's a bit odd to get to know a ski area at night. Everything on the viewer's right of the main lift was entirely scratchy non-ice to the point that I considered putting the conditions as ice/ice (an honorable achievement), but Left Bank / Winding Brook / Grouse Run were excellent so it cancelled out. Also quite interesting to see Jiminy maintain six different trail difficulties, I thought circle-square and square-diamond ratings were all but extinct. |
