Terrain Park Terrain Park(s)There is one with big bad ass jumps and rails, found it on our last run and was Wow what is this doing here? It is north of the Lodge, I think trail is called Base Camp.
Run of the Day Run of the DayShooting Star. oh my how wonderful and love the headwall or take Chicken!
Food and Beverage Food and BeverageI had a hot chocolate, big cups 16 oz one size for all and costed less than five bucks, very good. Matt had a cheese burger, fries and hot chocolate and it came out to 15 bucks and he said the burger was excellent. The lodge is very nice.
Comments Comments Oh my friend said I thought it would be shabby but it is very nice, they have done so much good work. Agree, it is very nice in every way. Old school lifts for old school great conditions. Seriously we enjoyed ourselves very much today and for $65 for a lift ticket (usually 45 mid week but they are calling this week a holiday week). Becca's report made me want to get here right away and I was happy we did. Snow coverage was excellent, mostly loose granular. Seemed like most people were riding the triple chair, we rode it twice. We stuck to the long double chair to the summit. RFID cards worked well! No lift lines today, parking lot was full by noon. Super views to the East, all the White Mountains you 48 peak baggers climb were in view but snow squalls to the north hid the peaks. Snow tubing and Poma lift running but we didn't check it out. We loved the terrain, the natural feel of the mountain glides so nice and keeps you on your toes. Rolls, waves, sidehills and fallaways, trees and big views made us happy. If you haven't been to Tenney this season yet, you haven't been to Tenney. Snow conditions are great so get there soon.
