Moguls | There were some real hard ones, as in rock like, up on Sweet William. One skier that came down it said that was more like Bad William. |

Terrain Park(s) | Smallish one at the base with 10 new features medium to large in size. Looks like you could have fun in there. It was in the sunshine so the snow was nice in there late in the day so we made a few passes through. |

Comments | 43 of 48 trails, 3 of 3 lifts, 30-40F, light wind, mostly sunny day, machine groomed, loose granular and hardpack. Plenty of room in the lodge and a free boot bag storage. It had been 60F the day before and they had some light rain. It was too wet to groom the night before and it froze up pretty solid with a nice sheen on the ungroomed. They delayed opening the Hornet double so they could groom up off the top and there was a little crowd waiting to go up. So we headed over to the Eclipse Triple. They had groomed several trails on that pod with plenty of nice corduroy but in the morning if you ventured off the cord you could rattle your fillings out. Coverage was very good over there just a few bare spots that were easily avoidable. We then headed up the Hornet double to the top. Things were much firmer and you really had to stay in the narrow groomer track and in the sun. Some granite showing through and some real blue ice but we never hit any. After a while we skied down to the platter across the street. It also serves their tubing run and some condos. It was mostly all tubers and a few skiers. They have a wide open nice practice slope with nice snow on it. I do not believe they had any lessons or rentals available. We took an early lunch to let it soften up a bit. Afterwards we hit the double again and in the sun it was really nice. Skiers left was also enjoyable. We ended the day back on the triple where things had loosened up nicely.
