Comments | I decided to do a last minute in state trip to my Connecticut Indy Pass affiliated Mohawk mountain. Unfortunately at the ticket window I quickly realized that, yes, this was a holiday, and also yes, I did not buy the Indy plus pass this year. So I paid the $67 ticket window price, which still wasn't bad considering. Basically 3 ways down the mountain off 3 separate lifts. I didn't ride the carpet or the baby chair. The snow depth was pretty deep and was nice and soft, almost spring like, no ice or rocks anywhere. I'll say it was very good snow and conditions considering all the rain we got last week. Never skiied Christmas Eve before. No lines at all. Nice to get a few runs in before we get more R*** on Wednesday. Merry Christmas!! |
