Comments CommentsGreat snow conditions, temps didn't drop very low overnight so the snow was still nice and soft, fun turns.

We started out on Flying Yankee, and Showboat which were both great. Flying Yankee has been closed for racing the last few times I've gone, so it was refreshing to see it was open.

Finally got to try out Sweepstake with Becca, I have always avoided it because I typically go alone. It was a lot of fun, and learned there is also a lower entrance from Birches that I have been missing all this time! Birches was fun in itself, definitely one of my favorites. Crewcut top to bottom was in fantastic shape. Exhibition had good conditions as well. Lower Chutes now has some banked curves on it, super fun. Some of the jumps and rolls sneak up on you, but they are well done for those who like to fly.

We made a run over the backside of the mountain on Easy Winder, and hopped onto Mike's Way. Some leaf debris coming through but whatever, that trail rocks and was open. Big Rock was open, looked interesting (never been down it) but didn't go down it.

Crowds weren't overpowering in the morning, definitely building more later on around 11:00.
