Comments | My first time skiing here since I was an Eaglebrook student (and it was still served by a T-Bar). Since it was Winter Carnival, alumni could hit the slopes.
Only Amy's Run (the main racing slope) was open with wall to wall coverage, courtesy their fan gun snowmaking system. They're potentially going to try to open the top to bottom novice trail next, if weather allows. I don't recall them making snow on Nose Dive when I was there and I'm not sure if they cover the old T-Bar line anymore.
The ski area is similar in vertical drop to Otis Ridge, but skis a little bit bigger and has newer infrastructure (including some improved pumping infrastructure this winter). Amy's Run is a good intermediate run with a variety of pitches and turns. Never more than a chair or two wait for the lift. |
